Delray Marketplace is located in the northwest quadrant of Atlantic Avenue and Lyons Road. The planned shopping center is well served by its location on Atlantic Avenue, the area’s principal east-west thoroughfare. Atlantic provides excellent visibility to the site and convenient access to the Florida Turnpike and US Highway 441. Atlantic is being improved from the Florida Turnpike to US 441. Lyons Road is being extended north to join up with an existing segment of Lyons that lies north of the project.
